The final ‘race’ is the ‘Tiny Tri’ category for ages two to 10. Open to both swimmers and non-swimmers, the Tiny Tri’s only rule is that the children must swim or wade through the water for 50m and then run back to the finish line 100m away. This category is extremely popular as one of the only sporting events open to juniors of that age.
Registrations are now open at www.premieronline.com with entry for Tiny Tri's at Dhs 60, juniors Dhs 120 and adults Dhs 180. On the day, body marking and swim cap collection starts from 5:30am. Spectators are welcome to accompany family and friends participating in this event.
The 2XU 5 Star Aquathlon series presented by Daman’s Activelife was launched in 2014 and has become Abu Dhabi’s premier Aquathlon series. Successful events held during the 2014/15 season at prestigious locations around the capital city have kept the series true to its ‘5 Star’ reputation.
