Warehouse421 aims to create a space for artistic awareness and creative collaboration for the city and UAE audiences through a programme of events and activities suited for all ages and all interests. Warehouse421 presents public installations in collaboration with venues around the UAE to further engage the community and celebrate Abu Dhabi’s newest cultural destination at Mina Zayed.

Located at recognizable venues throughout Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Dubai, these installations encourage residents to be a part of the UAE’s cultural landscape, and urge them to be a part of the launch programme at Warehouse421. In Abu Dhabi the works can now be viewed at Zayed University, Yas Mall, Saadiyat Beach, Mushrif Central Park and The Galleria; in Dubai at d3, DIFC, THEBOXPARK, The Beach and in two spaces at Dubai Mall; and at the Sharjah Art Foundation, and Al Qasba in Sharjah. Ranging in size, medium and colour, these sculptures portray the actual shape of the warehouse in various visual and aesthetic representations and highlight these venues in their ongoing effort to support culture in the UAE.

Through originality and creativity, these installations mark the countdown to the anticipated three-day weekend launch event. They aim to encourage public engagement with these popular locations and to further ‘explore your world’ with Warehouse421 from 19-21 November.
