The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), as a part of its social responsibility work, hosted the finals of the Labour Camp Cricket Match Series, after a series of matches across the UAE.
PCB Abu Dhabi emerged the ultimate winners as they defeated PCB Sharjah in the final.
Pakistani cricketers Younis Khan, Wahab Riaz, Sarafarz Ahmed, Azhar Ali and PCB officials were present the awards and trophies. In addition, Haier Mobile presented each player from the two finalists with mobiles phones. Furthermore, Al Fardan Exchange gave Dh100 vouchers to each player who played in the final.
Speaking about these events, PCB Chairman Shaharyar M Khan, said: "The response from this activation has been phenomenal. This is a great way to recognise the services of workers in the UAE and I am glad that the PCB has been able to provide them with this opportunity."
