Saadiyat Set To Become Major Tourist Destination
(26 October 2015)

"Saadiyat Island is the jewel in the Abu Dhabi tourism crown" said Federico Mantoani, the General Manager of Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas. "It is becoming a major tourist destination, increasingly attracting domestic and foreign visitors. The upcoming opening of three world-class museums will undoubtedly propel the island into the international cultural arena."

Over the past few years Saadiyat has undergone a tremendous transformation and is now a destination in its own right. Government initiatives have been instrumental in helping the city spread its reach to new shores. They have built a significant network of relationships with regional and international industry stakeholders to motivate and support product development, and enhance the Emirate's leisure and cultural tourism propositions.

Along with the rest of the island, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi has been going from strength to strength. "Many of our guests visit us repeatedly thanks to the island's breath-taking natural beauty, which is complemented by the elegant design of our facilities, unparalleled services and award-wining restaurants."

The hotel participates in promotional events inside and outside the UAE and as a result welcomes guests from all across the globe. Mr Mantoani also stresses the importance of referral business. "We often find that our guests recommend the hotel to friends and family because we have such a wide array of services. We're able to meet the needs of all visitors, whether they are travelling for business or pleasure"

The hotel has state of the art events facilities including a ballroom and boutique meeting spaces, an selection of dining options, an exclusive luxury spa as well as Camp Hyatt, a supervised club for
children.

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is a retreat from the city, positioned beside a stretch of tranquil, unspoilt beach, but still only minutes from the city's prime business district and the Abu Dhabi Corniche, which makes it perfect for business travellers and corporate clients.

Mr Mantoani was eager to acknowledge the contribution of the hotel 's owning company. " Abu Dhabi National Hotels have expertly guided an consistently supported us." He added that ADNH 's vision has had a major part to play in the development of the destination. "Given that they have over 40 years of experience, they are the back bone of the tourism sector in Abu Dhabi."

Mr Mantoani finished by predicting that Saadiyat Island will soon be recognised as a premium destination "Abu Dhabi has a rich cultural heritage and big infrastructural projects will pave the way for a new era for the city. The museums will certainly become the symbol of a new Abu Dhabi, and will undoubtedly stand as a beacon of modernity and innovation."
