The new season of brunch is back at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi. An enticing new, hotel-wide offering is brought to you by four restaurant venues and 10 beverage stations across 2,000sq/m in one spectacular event.

The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Brunch will be unveiling an epicurean expedition from around the world, with a variety of cuisines on offer from the hotel’s exquisite venues: Sontaya, Turquoiz, 55&5th, Olea and Manhattan Lounge. The new concept offers signature dish and beverage pairing by each of the hotel’s head chefs and mixologists.

The hotel’s Executive Chef, Malcolm Webster, commented: “To enhance the guest experience, each table will be visited by one of the head chefs from two of our restaurants. Our chefs come armed with expert pairing recommendations of the perfect signature dishes with signature beverages. Expect anything from Kelly’s Oysters from Galway bay with a pomegranate mignonette dressing which marries local flavours to complement the true essence of the sea, to grapes paired with over 25 types of cheese from our cheese loft. On offer are the best cheeses from both Britain and France, the latter coming from world renowned cheese affineur Herve Mons. A personal favourite.”

The new layout is designed to maximise guest’s enjoyment and will be supported by world class entertainment during the brunch with the smooth international sounds curated by Naz Holland & Band. Afterward, guests can head to Turquoiz for a beach party inspired “après brunch” concept.

Brunch-goers will have the opportunity to take part in weekly raffle draws for fine French beverages or meals at the hotel.

The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Brunch relaunches on 18 September, every Friday from 1pm to 4pm with the following packages (subject to 10% service charge and 6% tourism fee):

Silk Package at AED 300 inclusive of non -alcoholic beverages
Pearl Package at AED 395 inclusive of house beverages
Diamond Package at AED 495 inclusive of food and bubbly
Children’s Package at AED 150 per child from 6 till 12 years old – kids under 5 years eats for free
