Abu Dhabi's Tourism Development & Investment Company has floated a series of pre-qualification tenders for marina services and facilities management services at two of its plots.
The first tender is for marina operations for Al Bateen Wharf and the Eastern Mangroves.
The former consists of an existing 234 berths at the west side, 60 new berths for larger vessels in the east side and a dry stack facility with the capacity for 100 small vessels. The latter consists of the existing 44 berth marina.
The second tender is for facilities management services for Al Bateen Wharf.
The scope of work includes electrical plant, equipment and systems (including pontoons), mechanical plant, equipment and systems (including pontoons), buildings and building fabrication elements, external infrastructure (within property boundaries), landscaping, housekeeping of all public areas and car parks, and waste removal and management.
Responses to the pre-qualification must be via TDIC online sourcing platform no later than 2pm on 21 September 2015.
