Major General Omair Muhammad Al Muhairi, Director General of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, inspected the Madinat Khalifa Police Station of the Peripheral Regions Directorate, where he checked the quality of services provided to the public, and identified the advanced techniques being used at the station.

Maj. Gen. Al Muhairi emphasized the keenness of the police leadership to provide a better work environment for the comprehensive police centers and to develop the capabilities of their employees in order to provide customers with the best services. “The best services for our customers will be achieved through deploying a culture of quality and organizational excellence,” he said.

Maj. Gen. Al Muhairi called on the station’s officers and staff members to apply the methodology of communicating with the public, to provide them with better services; and to strengthen the relationship with internal and external partners within the area of jurisdiction in order to achieve the vision of the Ministry of Interior.

Moreover, the Director General of Police Operations stressed the need to speed up the completion of transactions and to simplify the procedures for the clients by using modern technical means; to fight against crimes and reduce their occurrence rates; to maintain the society’s security and stability; and to intensify the station’s security patrols in various jurisdictions.

He additionally pointed to the importance of persistently striving to develop the levels of performance and of the systems being utilized. In a bid to uphold the concept that security is everyone’s responsibility, Maj. Gen. Al Muhairi highlighted the need to increase productivity through scientific methodology and to promote the cooperation and communication with community partners. “It is essential that we strengthen our customer care and provide them with all of the necessary facilities,” he said; as he emphasized the need to address the capabilities development of on-site personnel who provide direct services to the public.

During the inspection, Colonel Abdelnour Abdullah Al Shehhi, Director of Khalifa Police Station, briefed Maj. Gen. Al Muhairi on the police services provided by the station, and of the facilities offered to the public in accordance with Abu Dhabi Police vision in this regard.
