Saudi singing sensation Mohamed Abdo - the man dubbed The Artist of Arabs – is set to thrill his legions of fans with an EEid Al Fitr celebration concert in Abu Dhabi.
Abdo, who has been performing for more than 50 years, will be appearing at the du Forum on Yas Island on the evening of July 18 as part of Abu Dhabi Summer Season, presented by Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi).
The Khaleeji singer has appeared live in the UAE on numerous previous occasions has a huge following from across the Arab world.
He said: It is always a great pleasure for me to come and sing in the United Arab Emirates and perform in front of so many people who enjoy my music. To help celebrate Eid Al Fitr will make the night even more special for me and the crowd. I can't wait to be there and be part of a memorable evening in Abu Dhabi.
Abdo's concert for Abu Dhabi Summer Season launches a series of live concerts and shows across Abu Dhabi city, Al Ain and the Western Region lasting until September.
On the same night, the young and enigmatic Emirati singer, Habib Elyasi, touted for his nightingale-like voice, will perform at Al Ain Municipality Theatre on July 18th before appearing at Abu Dhabi's du Forum on July 19th along with the talented Palestinian speed painter Mohammed Aldairi who will amaze the audience with his opening acts for both of Habib Elyasia's shows.
Tickets for the Eid shows, which are being brought to the capital by FLASH Entertainment, one of the region's premier live events company, are selling fast and are available from www.ticketmaster.ae and all Virgin Megastore outlets across the UAE with prices starting from AED 75.
