The Ministry of Labour and the Institute of Training and Judicial Studies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to boost cooperation between both sides to exchange information and experiences in legal and judicial affairs to solve labour disputes.
The MoU was signed by Mubarak Al Dhahiri, MoL Under-Secretary, and Dr. Mohammed Mahmoud Al Kamali, Director-General of ITJS.
"The Ministry is always keen to enhance cooperation with strategic partners through the exchange of experiences and information, to develop and improve governmental performance in accordance with the institutional framework which contributes to achieving the highest quality and efficiency in the delivery of services to customers," Al Dhahiri said.
He pointed out that the Ministry is constantly seeking to train cadres and prepare them with the knowledge that enables them to perform their roles optimally, contributing towards the Ministry’s vision of forming a stable labour market and a productive workforce to promote a knowledge based economy.
