Bloom Holding, the property and lifestyle development arm of Abu Dhabi-based National Holding, has announced the appointment of Engineer Mohamad Abou Laban as General Manager of Emirates International Property Services (EIPS), which offers a full range of leasing, property management and integrated facility management services.
In this capacity, Abou Laban will lend his extensive experience to EIPS as the company continues to grow and expand its operations and services in facilities management. Additionally, Abou Laban will assist EIPS in opening up new opportunities and growth markets as well as maintaining the organization’s high service standards to exceed the expectations of both tenants and landlords.

Abou Laban brings over 15 years of experience in strategic business development and project management with a focus on facilities management in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Prior to joining EIPS, he served for four years as General Manager of DTZ in Saudi Arabia, a leading international real estate management and facilities management firm with more than 28,000 employees across 50 countries.
Abou Laban has also held senior managerial roles at reputable organizations such as EMCOR Facilities Services and Etisalat Facilities Management.
He has an MSc in management from the University of Surrey, as well as a BSc in mechanical engineering and diploma in facilities management from the Property Council of Australia. Abou Laban is an active speaker at international forums and conferences.
