The Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi has urged representatives of authorised typing centres to assume their responsibility towards members of the public by paying attention to the accuracy of the information, correct any errors, and fill in the missing information before sending documents to the competent authorities.
The directorate noted that the proper data entry would ensure delivery of transactions and documents in record time.
The Abu Dhabi Residency reiterated its keenness to streamline customers’ transactions as per the best international standards. This would achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and increase the public’s trust in the provided services in accordance with the Ministry of Interior’s Strategy.
During the meeting, which was organised by the Media and Public Relations’ Section and attended by a large number of officers, specialised officers reviewed and answered the inquiries of the typing centres' representatives.
