Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) will be holding an open day on May 20 for customer service agents and customer service supervisors.
The company is looking for candidates who have at least 1 to 5 years of experience as front line staff within the eservice industry.
The ideal candidates should have clear and excellent communication skills in English and Arabic and should be flexible to work in a 12-hour shift pattern, the firm said.

The event will take place in Al Raha Beach Hotel in the capital and is open to UAE Nationals. Abu Dhabi Airports is prioritising Emiratisation and is striving to increase the number of UAE Nationals employed with the company.
ADAC has implemented a comprehensive Emiratisation programme which extends to a wide spectrum of roles across their portfolio of airports and subsidiaries with the goal to achieve an Emiratisation rate of 50 per cent by the end of 2015.
The current Emiratisation level in the company stands at 63 per cent within the senior management and executive team.
The company also runs an 18-month programme and after successfully completing it the students have the opportunity to become a full time employee at Abu Dhabi Airports in their field of their choice.
