Yas Marina Circuit – home to Yas Events Centre, the region’s most unique corporate meeting, incentives, conferences and exhibition facility at the heart of the world-famous FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX track – has announced its key sponsorship of the prestigious AHIC conference in Dubai.
Held at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai between 5thto 7thMay, the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference is widely regarded as one of the most important events for hospitality professionals and is the Middle East’s annual meeting place for the region’s most senior hotel investors, developers, operators and advisors. This year, and for the first time ever, Yas Marina Circuit is offering first-class exposure for the iconic motor racing circuit.
As well as sponsorship of the conference, Yas Marina Circuit will also have a presence on the ground and will be welcoming delegates to its stand where they can experience the thrills of its Occulus Rift 360 Formula 1® virtual reality simulator, as well marvel at a Formula 1® display car.
On the evening of 6 May, Yas Marina Circuit will also be hosting a ‘Drift Event’ at the Madinat arena which is likely to be the only drift show ever performed indoors in the region. Instructors from the circuit’s Racing School will put on a dynamic display of sideways driving in specially prepared Mercedes AMG GTS cars, offering an exhilirating spectable to AHIC delegates.
