President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a cable to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, congratulating him on his wise decision to appoint Prince Mohammed Bin Naif Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Crown Prince, and Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz as Deputy Crown Prince.

President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa expressed his confidence to his brother the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques that this step will enhance the developmental march of the sisterly nation of Saudi Arabia, and its Arab and international position.

In his cable, Sheikh Khalifa wished the Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown Prince luck and success under the wise directives of King Salman Bin Abdulaziz.

He also asserted the UAE’s keenness to strengthen its brotherly relations of cooperation with the Kingdom in various fields, wishing Saudi Arabia and its people continuous security, stability, development and prosperity under the wise leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum sent a similar cable to King Salman.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, also sent a similar congratulatory cable to the Saudi King.
