Suzanne Al Husseini, the host of the popular cooking programme “Sohbe Taibe” and author of the bestselling cookbook “When Suzanne Cooks", made a special appearance at Market Kitchen this week.

Al Husseini worked with Head Chef Jordan Annabi last Friday 24th April to transform Market Kitchen’s traditional Friday brunch dishes into a mouthwatering banquet of sensational Arabic cuisine.  All tables sold-out and the event was such a resounding success that she’s back at Market Kitchen again this Friday 1st May.

Al Husseini’s extraordinary menu offers guests the delight of family-style dining. An array of Arabic dishes are served continuously throughout the meal and are placed at the centre of the table for all to share.

“I am delighted to be collaborating with Market Kitchen and Chef Jordan on this very special brunch. Market Kitchen shares the same ethos towards food that I do – it’s all about bringing good, wholesome and incredibly tasty food, direct to people’s tables for all to share.  It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying the special menu we had created, laughing and commenting on how the food they were eating was more extensive and flavoursome than the standard Arabic ‘street food’ they are normally used to eating. The whole experience was a real pleasure, and I’m excited to be invited back again this Friday,” said Suzanne Al Husseini.

Bookings are open for brunch this Friday 1st May, and the special menu will run alongside Market Kitchen’s regular brunch menu until the 29th May.
