Showcasing multiple new dishes that feature the freshest seasonal ingredients, Iris is set to please with mouth-watering innovative international dishes.
The new menu items include freshly made cannelloni wrapped with avocado, and the Red Tuna Tartare on Kadaif, with ingredients sourced both locally and internationally to ensure that the tastes are authentic.
“When we decided on the menu, we looked for fresh ingredients and creative recipes with a scrumptious taste, that are low in calories but will leave you satisfied and guilt free,” says General Manager Charbel Basbous. “While enjoying the delights of the new menu, guests can still savor the always popular truffle infused mini burgers, rock shrimp tempura and Scottish salmon tartar which remain on the menu”.
