Marina Mall Abu Dhabi is launching a customer loyalty programme, where shoppers can earn up to AED 80 worth of free shopping for every AED 1,000 spent in the Mall. Cardholders are able to earn points which are instantly redeemable at any participating shops in the Mall. With over 100 participating stores, ranging from fashion, electronics, jewellery, beauty, restaurants and cafés, shoppers will have a variety of choice when using their new M Card.
The M Card is being launched in conjunction with Marina Mall’s 14th anniversary, as such the first 10,000 shoppers who spend over AED 300 will receive their own M Card free-of-charge. Shoppers can sign up for the card after various kiosks in the Mall. The points earned can be used towards purchases from any participating retailers and will be available for redemption as soon as a purchase is made. The number of points cardholders earn depends on the retailer segment; up to 10% of sale purchases are converted into points. Cardholders will be able to see how many points they have accumulated on their receipt generated from the terminal after every purchase from a participating store and also track their points online.
Bruce von Kaufmann, General Manager of the Marina Mall Abu Dhabi said, “We are delighted to be enhancing our shoppers’ experience at Marina Mall and are pleased to introduce the M Card, the Mall’s premier customer loyalty programme. This programme was created to show our appreciation for our customers who continue to choose Marina Mall as their main shopping destination in Abu Dhabi.”
