Shangri-La hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi has created an exclusive menu for our maternal heroines from 20-21 March, in the form of a gourmet meal at their top restaurants. Bord Eau and Sofra BLD will be celebrating mothers with free sumptuous meals.
Crafted by Chef Didier Quennouelle, Bord Eau has a choice of lunch or dinner set menus for a delightful mothers day on Friday and Saturday. Lunch includes a three-course set menu featuring Salmon and Fennel Panacota, Roasted Lamb and Seabass Filet. Dinner consists of a five-course set menu, featuring Brittany Scallops, Foie Gras, Poached Wild Seabass and Smoked Wagyu Striploin.
