Spice Market, the global restaurant brand specialising in Southeast Asian food, is featuring at Market Kitchen in Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi for one month during the Abu Dhabi Food Festival.
Spice Market London’s Head Chef, Peter Lloyd, was in action at Market Kitchen last week to launch the special programme which gives restaurant guests a unique opportunity to sample some of the iconic brand’s wonderful cuisine.
The special Spice Market menu showcases the restaurant brand’s take on the ‘street food’ Jean-Georges Vongerichten (the culinary whizz behind the Spice Market and Market Kitchen brands), enjoyed while travelling in Southeast Asia to food connoisseurs in Abu Dhabi.
Spice Market’s menu is inspirational and tantalizing, and offers guests the additional delight of family-style dining – food comes continuously throughout the meal and is placed at the centre of the table for all to share.
The special Spice Market tasting menu will run alongside Market Kitchen’s regular menu until the middle of March, and is available for lunch (from 12:00 to 16:00) and dinner (from 19:00) for 265 AED++ per person.
