H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, opened today the International Assistive Technology Forum and Exhibition at the Centre of Excellence for Applied Research and Training (CERT) of the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT).
The forum and exhibition is a platform for dissemination of information of various assistive devices available in the world today and which will offer solutions to increase the performance of students with special needs.
The exhibition will display more than 100 assistive technology products which will benefit students having special needs, parents, professionals, teachers, administrators, medical practitioners and educational institutions dealing with special needs.
