Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara is offering companies a motivational way to drive their sales teams for ultimate results with the launch of a new three day group incentive programme.  Designed to reward the top ten performers plus partners, the incentive can be offered quarterly, half yearly or at the end of the year in acknowledgement of achieving budgets or exceeding goals.

The group itinerary is intended to offer the high achievers and one partner a complete experience by incorporating two nights luxury accommodation at the resort which has garnered the World Travel Awards accolade for Middle East Leading Resort for three successive years, a welcome cocktail with presentation or award giving from the senior management, the most popular desert activities, all dining and a couple’s spa indulgence. Until June 4th, there is a great opportunity to combine personal reward and social contribution with the ‘Conquer The Dune’ challenge, a timed climb of Anantara Qasr Al Sarab’s tallest dune sitting at 180m high. By participating, each incentive guest will raise AED 25 for Operation Smile UAE, the local arm of the international children’s charity committed to helping children with cleft palates, smile for the first time.
