Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank has won the "Best premium Banking Service Award" at the Banker Middle East Annual Products Awards 2009 for the ADCB’s Privilege Club proposition. The highly prestigious awards ceremony was held at the Emirates Towers in Dubai, on the 18th of February 2009, recognizing the pursuit of excellence amongst financial institutions in the Middle East.
Launched early last year, ADCB’s Privilege Club is a premium banking service offered by Retail Banking attracting an untapped niche market. Privilege Club appeals to the mass affluent profile residing in the UAE. A typical customer of Privilege Club is one who has a salary of more than AED 20,000, maintains a minimum relationship balance of AED 200,000 or has a mortgage relationship of AED 1,000,000 or more.
ADCB Privilege Club is a segment proposition that fills in the service gap in the market for the mass affluent customers who are provided with differential service which makes them feel special and goes beyond the norm.
Privilege Club "members" gain access to a world of benefits such as a dedicated relationship officer to personally look after their financial needs, the first Premium Debit card in the Middle East, designated banking, a dedicated 24-hour centre to answer all queries over the phone, preferential pricing on Foreign Exchange transactions, credit cards, loans products and lifestyle benefits which are aligned as per the customer’s preference. Moreover the customer is automatically enrolled in the first rewards program of its kind in the U.A.E - "TouchPoints". The customers earn TouchPoints on spending, saving, taking a loan or even investing with ADCB. The TouchPoints earned can be redeemed for exciting vouchers / Skywards Miles.
