Board of Emirates Development Bank (EDB), has recently held its 11th meeting chaired by Khalid Mohammed Salem Belami.
The board discussed the agenda and endorsed the minutes of previous meeting. It reviewed the procedures of the executive management on implementation of the resolutions issued earlier by the board.
The board was briefed on the technical proposal submitted by the consultant of the EDB regarding the scope of banking products, services to be provided by the EDB, and the external auditor's report on the financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2014.
The participants also reviewed the EDB plans on indirect financing for small and medium enterprises, updating of information systems of the EDB and other topics. The board took appropriate decisions in this respect.
