Landmark Group, the region’s leading retail and hospitality conglomerate, opens 21 new stores in Yas Mall, taking the consolidated store count in the country close to 550 and the total retail area to almost eight million square feet.
Yas Island’s new gateway destination developed by Aldar will host Landmark Group’s popular concepts Centrepoint, Emax, Home Centre, Max and Shoexpress amongst other brands, spanning over 300,000 square feet of retail space.

Fun Works, the new format Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) created by Landmark Leisure, will feature unique rides, attractions and state-of-the-art equipment that combines play and learning. Encompassing the domains of science, arts, theater and construction, Fun Works is spread across 60,000 sq ft and houses the region’s largest adventure play system.

The Group’s F&B arm will also bring in its Jamba Juice and Pie Face at the mall, as part of its overall expansion strategy of opening 100 Pie Face outlets and 80 Jamba Juice stores across the GCC region in the next 10 years.
Pie face is an Australian micro-bakery cafe chain specializing in sweet and savory pies and offers superior-quality, fresh-baked products complemented with great coffee. It is a globally unique concept with a fantastic product and a quirky brand image.
While, Jamba Juice, headquartered in California is a healthy beverages and food concept offering a range of healthy product including Classic, Creamy and Super Food Smoothies, Freshly-squeezed juices, Energy Bowls, Oatmeal, Wraps, Flatbreads and Toasted Sandwiches.
The Group’s franchise brand POParazzi will also launch at the mall offering its unique range of gourmet popcorn.
Landmark Group’s franchise brand portfolio will also have a strong presence in the mall with fashion brands – Reiss, New Look London, Koton and Lipsy strengthening their footprint in Abu Dhabi by launching iconic stores in Yas Mall.
These brands will be complemented with a host of the Group’s footwear and accessories franchise brands - Steve Madden, Carpisa, Ecco, Nose, Pablosky, Valencia, Kazar and Loriblu.
Yas Mall is an experiential shopping destination that offers 2.5 million sq. ft. of urban retail and entertainment at the heart of Yas Island, and houses three floors of leading international and regional retail and restaurant brands, as well as a 20-screen state-of-the-art cinema.
