Dolphin Energy today announced details of its schedule for the Abu Dhabi Science Festival (ADSF) with activities taking place at its purpose built pavilion on the Abu Dhabi Corniche.

For the fourth year running, Dolphin Energy is sponsoring ADSF, the event that has captured the minds and piqued the interest of the country's youth in science, technology and innovation (STI).

Taking place between 13th-22nd November, Dolphin Energy 's activities focus on concepts of space with the introduction of Space Lab, Space Movie, Fun Space and Space Hand. Space Lab offers theatre shows related to aspects of space, as well as 'Make and Take' where children can see how gadgets are made. Space Movie will offer a 3-D experience about the study of space while Fun Space provides the opportunity to enjoy a mirror maze experience. Space Hand will test a participant's skill and dexterity as they're challenged to draw the Dolphin Project Map without activating a touch sensitive alarm.

In addition, the pavilion will host the Cyclotron which will produce energy through the use of bicycles. Here visitors will learn about how energy is harnessed to generate electricity in a fun and engaging side to STI. Further activities that introduce aspects of science include slime, gooey clay, rainbow glass and hovercraft making.

Commenting on Dolphin Energy 's involvement in ADSF, Mr, Ibrahim Ahmed Al Ansaari, Chief Executive Officer, Dolphin Energy Limited , said: "The Abu Dhabi Science Festival is an important feature of the company's community outreach calendar and we are delighted to participate and contribute to an event that engages and inspires the young.

In addition, Dolphin Energy is sponsoring the Festival's 'Secret Life of Coral' workshops, which will help educate youngsters about the importance of coral conversation and protection. With its strong track record in coral conversation, the company is providing insight and content to help teach those attending the workshops.

Timings for the Dolphin Energy Pavilion are as follows:

Sunday to Thursday - 5.30pm to 10.00pm (with 30 minute breaks at 6.00pm and 8.00pm); Friday & Saturday - 2.30pm to 10.00pm (with 30 minute breaks at 4.00pm, 6.00pm and 8pm)
