Tawazun Holdings has confirmed its sponsorship of the fourth Abu Dhabi Science Festival due to be launched on November 13th, 2014, under the patronage of His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

"The aim to take part in this event is to contribute to preparing an educated generation of Emiratis and motivate them to join the technology and scientific fields," Tawazun's CEO, Saif Mohamed Al Hajeri, said.

"We will do our best to ensure the success of this important event with the support of our wise leadership. We will be organising innovative activities for children as part of the event," he added.

"Our world and lives are becoming more technological. We are proudly taking our role to shape and support the technological future of our country and ensuring a great career opportunities for our next generation," Saif Al Hajeri said.

Tawazun's stand at the event, which also covers Sharjah and Al Ain for the first time, will include contests and games as well as a character called "Suhail", typifying an ambitious Emirati who loves science and acting as an ambassador for Tawazun to promote science and technology among children.
