The sixth edition of International Real Estate and Investment Show (IREIS 2014) will feature an international conference led by key investment experts including many CEOs and chairmen of leading real estate finance and investment companies, the event organiser DOME Exhibitions announced today.
Hosted at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Company (ADNEC), IREIS 2014 is set to run from 20 to 22 November and draw more than 10,000 visitors.
The international conference will take centre stage on first day of the event, providing critical information on a range of topical real estate investment issues at a time of accelerated growth in the local property market. To run from 11am until 5:15pm, the full day conference will be headlined by key speakers from Al Hilal Bank, Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC), Abu Dhabi Finance and Guardian Insurance.
Global investment and project development consultant Dr Hani Shammah, Managing Director of Morningside, will chair the international conference that will also host panel discussions on the potential opportunities in the UAE with a focus on Abu Dhabi. Conference will open with a lecture on market trends in emerging markets delivered by Nicholas Mclean, Regional Managing Director of CBRE.
Panel sessions will also include The Realities of Master Planning led by John C.H.Kim, Partner and Member of Board of Directors, ae7; Lifestyle Project Development As A Key Driver For The Creation of Desirable Living Spaces, moderated by Karim Musfy Senior Project Manager, KEO International Consultants; and Investment, Legal and Risk Issues of Concern in Today’s Real Estate World, moderated by Michael Aissaoui, Head of Corporate Finance Advisory, FGB.

Experts also attribute the steadiness and growth achieved by Abu Dhabi property sector to the strong interest from end-users rather than speculators.
As the conference is expected to attract a large number of private investors, real estate professionals, and senior executives from both private and public organisations given the in-depth knowledge and standing of the speakers and panellists, those interested are advised to make early registration to avoid inconvenience.
