Marking the start of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate & Investment Show (IREIS) 2009 which takes place from January 27-29, Bloom Properties, the Abu Dhabi-based community developer and master planner, announced that community development will remain at the forefront of its activities in 2009.

“We are pleased to be participating in this year’s exhibition as we are keen to reinforce our position on the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market with our first master-planned community development, Bloom Gardens, which remains very attractive to buyers,” said Dr. Hani Shammah, Bloom Properties’ CEO.

“The global credit crisis has not curtailed Abu Dhabi residents and UAE nationals from seeking out the opportunity to secure a home on the main island of Abu Dhabi on one of the last plots of land on the Eastern seafront.”

Bloom will be launching the Bloom Gardens townhouses at this year’s exhibition. The project was launched in June 2008 to huge success and has been slated for completion in 2011.

“Community-orientated developments have experienced vast interest over the last year,” Shammah says. He believes that this trend is likely to continue as prospective home-owners look for convenience in terms of location and community living.

Bloom Gardens is situated on one of the last stretches of land on Abu Dhabi’s prestigious Eastern Mangrove Corniche Road, consisting of Andalusian- and Tuscan-style villas and townhouses in addition to luxury low rise apartments set within the leafy surrounds of the Bloom Gardens landscape.

Bloom Gardens and other forthcoming bloom communities and ventures will incorporate unique assets with strong operators in the educational, hospitality, healthcare and leisure fields, depending on the location.

The bloom brand takes a fresh approach to property, and specifically community-orientated development - a new generation of property development which sets them apart from other developers in the capital.

The bloom stand will be located at G1 in hall 4 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
