Market Kitchen, famous for reinventing classic dishes with a modern contemporary twist, has launched an à la carte brunch that is ideal for sharing amongst family and friends. The restaurant’s ‘fresh from the market’ ethos ensures that new dishes are brought to the menu on a weekly basis, ensuring the team take full advantage of the freshest produce available at the local markets.
The brunch consists of a four-course sharing concept, starting with the seafood platter, which includes fresh items, such as Maine lobster, Normandy oysters and jumbo shrimp. For the second course, guests can choose from a light and flavoursome heirloom tomato salad or a sweet pea soup. Visitors who are keen to indulge a little can be tempted by the beef short rib hash or the smoked salmon pizza.
For the main course, brunchers can savour the roast plateau with rib of beef served with fiery hot mustard foam, lamb chops served with chickpea fries onion and date compote or the light hamour with lemon crumbs and sweet chilli glaze. Each dish is accompanied with a selection of delicious sides such as the truffle macaroni & cheese or roast potatoes cooked in garlic and jalapeno.
The final indulgence is a selection of three desserts, where guests can spoil themselves with a salted caramel ice cream sundae, the chocolate pudding and whipped cream or the Market cheesecake with sour cherries, truly the cherry on top of a perfect brunch.
