Zuma, the multi-award winning restaurant lounge and bar concept with two successful venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, today announces the launch of its eagerly anticipated Friday brunch in Abu Dhabi. As of 17 October, Zuma Abu Dhabi, with its elegant waterfront setting on Al Maryah Island, will offer a family friendly brunch comprising of live stations and an a la carte selection of signature dishes. 

Since opening in March of this year, Zuma Abu Dhabi has quickly carved out a niche as a place to see and be seen. The Friday brunch will capture the entire Zuma ambience, but with a laid-back, weekend atmosphere.

Diners can select from a choice of three packages, each including a spread of generous and authentic Japanese offerings with an a la carte option for the entree, prepared fresh to order. Highlights will include jumbo tiger prawn with yuzu pepper, crispy fried squid, and Zuma’s celebrated miso black cod, whilst for those with a sweet tooth, desserts include green tea and banana cake served with coconut ice cream or the special chocolate fondant with vanilla bean ice cream.

Brunch is served weekly from 17 October 2014
