Stratos, the capital’s only 360-degree revolving lounge and grill, located at the highest point of the iconic Le Royal Meridien, Abu Dhabi is now open. Towering as a beacon above the capital and celebrating the idea of beauty in motion, Stratos will take the hospitality experience to the next level, from the five-star welcome to the personalized service philosophy. Guests can revel in Stratos’ glamourous ambiance whilst enjoying perfectly crafted beverages and exquisite bites from the lounge or a la carte menu.
The state-of-the-art menu features an array of global flavours, prepared by Executive Chef Justin Galea and Chef de Cuisine Grant Ballinger. Each dish reflects extensive travel, created with seasonal produce sourced from the finest global suppliers. From the Sturia Caviar served in a 24ct gold plated egg, to the 1916 Parmesan Gnocchi served with black truffle and parmesan foam, or the West Coast Scottish Langoustines, guests will be taken on an unforgettable culinary journey.
At Stratos, diners can enjoy the dazzling views evolve from day to night. Relax and experience the gourmet afternoon tea featuring herbal-infusions from Germany, Croatia and South-Africa whilst savoring freshly baked scones, tea cakes and pastries. Post work, early diners can take advantage of the seductive sunset during cocktail hour whilst late loungers can indulge in the after dark atmosphere swaying to the beats of the sensational DJ Vanilla, eventually leading into the decadent nighttime adventures until the early hours. Stratos’ decor is inspired by the 1920’s prohibition era, with rich features including a black and gold colour scheme, designed to stimulate the hedonistic journey. From its wide-ranging selection of freshly prepared beverages, the 360 views of the city, and finely curated culinary experiences, Stratos promises to take guests on a true ‘journey of the senses’.
