Lt. General H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior urged MoI members to benefit from the various modern sciences, knowledge, and training programs. This will strengthen their proficiencies to improve the quality of services and maintain the excellence achievements that help in continuously developing the police and security work.
H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed met today, Monday, at his office in the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters 15 officers from the bureau of experts program, who finished their training courses in leadership, strategic planning, performance management and policies from the Governmental Studies College at Harvard University. His Highness congratulated the officers for their achievements, and stressed on pursuing the best in training programs that is based on scientific methodology.
His Highness was briefed by Major Dr. Ali Abdulla Al Ghafli, Head of the Corporate Excellence Department at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior, about the nature of the courses, and its benefits. In addition, the officers gained more skills and exchanged expertise with others to improve the performance indicators and fulfill the MoI strategic goals.
The meeting was attended by Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Major General Mohammed bin Al Awadhi Al Menhali, Director General of Human Resources in Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters; Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Director - General of the Headquarters Affairs at Abu Dhabi Police; Colonel Mohammed Hamid bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, Strategy and Performance Development Director General at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; and Colonel Saud Al Saadi, Director of the Secretariat of the Office of HH the Minister.
