The distinctive building was voted the “Best Futuristic Design” by The Building Exchange (BEX) Conference held in Spain.  By moving to Aldar HQ, ADF will be very close to the biggest developers in Abu Dhabi (Aldar) as well as being the first financial institution to be based there.

After winning “Best Home Finance Product” Banker Middle East Product Awards 2014 in March, ADF is delighted to announce that it has also won the ‘Best Retail Finance Company’ at the Banker Middle East Industry Awards 2014 in June 2014.

This is a testament to ADF’s strategy to provide the best range of residential and commercial mortgage products across the UAE; the Company aims to do this through constant product innovation, partnerships and organic growth. ADF sees the key to achieving this is by continuing to provide the highest levels of transparency and client service in the market.

Over the last year ADF has seen a marked improvement in its performance, compared to the same period last year (Q1 2013), profits for Q1 2014 are up 40% quarter on quarter. ADF has also grown its client base 13% and book size 12% respectively (quarter on quarter).
