Creme De La Creme, the hospitality division and a member of the Saif Belhasa Holding Company, plans to expand its operations in the UAE by investing AED 25 Million into opening Three new concepts and Seven new restaurants. Along with the new ventures Creme De La Creme intends to grow its existing franchises in the Middle Eastern Food & Beverage industry. Creme De La Creme’s existing concepts are Alison Nelsons Chocolate Bar, Studio Masr, MBCo and Cantina Mariachi with over 14 respective branches across the emirates.
Saif Ahmed Belhasa, Chairman of Saif Belhasa Holding said, “We feel there is huge potential in the Food & Beverage industry and we are confident that investing bullishly will enable us to capitalize and increase our market share. We are proud of our existing restaurant chains that are currently doing well in the UAE. Taking this success forward and using the experience to develop our new restaurants is our main aim for 2014. We are currently exploring locations for the new restaurants and feel this is a critical factor in terms of the potential footfall. Yas Island is one of the areas we are interested in and we hope to secure new locations in the upcoming months”.
Due to the innovative projects that attract worldwide attention, the UAE is one of the most popular tourist destinations around the globe and we have seen major developments in the Food and Beverage market over the past five years. In addition to this, the UAE is home to a huge expat population leading a rapid paced lifestyle, often dining out and demanding international concepts with great value for money.
Creme De La Creme wants to take advantage of this growing market and expand its hospitality business as a result of the high foot traffic from both tourists and the local population. Creme De la Creme will target the full service restaurants positioned in the mid-end market segment.
