CME Launches First Web Catalogue Portal For Customers In UAE

Central Motors & Equipment (CME), a member of Al Fahim Group, has launched the first automotive parts and power tools online portal targeting corporate and individual clients interested in ordering by a fast and simple click-of-a-button!

“We are genuinely proud to be introducing the first online web catalogue as it gives our dealers accessibility to information which they previously did not have,” stated Mr. Bilal Al Ribi, General Manager of CME and the project owner. “It is our duty, as the sole distributor of the Bosch brand in the UAE and as agents for Osram and Valeo, to provide our dealers with the right tools to help them achieve their best in terms of customer satisfaction and performance. This involves quick access to information at their fingertips, unlimited access to parts references, seeing the total number of orders they have requested per month, status of existing orders, order availability, price and delivery time, among other services.”

The process is simple and systemized to ascertain smooth communications and full knowledge. Firstly, the client will create an account on the website with the assistance of a sales consultant from CME. Once this is complete, the client may freely browse the website’s catalogue of products and locate their requirements. The client may then immediately confirm their purchase and instantaneously receive an online agreement of their transaction.

“Before CME introduces this valuable network of information, dealers used to use emails, phones and sometimes even facsimiles. Today, they will easily access their own personalized accounts, select the products they wish to order and follow up on the status of the delivery – all under one roof and on the spot,” added Mr. Hazem Hussein, Sales Manager of CME. “We are confident this tool will improve our relationships with our corporate clients and guarantee better strategic decisions by them, which in turn will provide us with the insight we need to make our own progressions in the market.”
