Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions & Benefits Fund is pleased to announce the launch of Internal Organization Excellence Award which are referred to as Al Bairaq within ADRPBF. The initiative comes in line with the directives of His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, who has declared to launch a program of Excellence Awards within the Entities of the Government of Abu Dhabi, which is parallel to the "Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance". This initiative will help and contribute to the objectives of Abu Dhabi Government of achieving excellence in each and every department; which will help and contribute to elevate the working standards in government entities.
The award program launched by ADRPBF has four categories for“
The First Category - Excellence in Management Award which follows nine major criteria pertaining to: Leadership, Strategy, Personnel, partnership and resources, operations, feedbacks of pensioners, personnel, society and overall performance.
The Second Category - Excellent Division Awards, which looks at the management and the driving forces in different departments covering:آ Emiratisation, finance, information technology and risk management.
The Third Category - Excellent Projects/ Team Award, which highlights the work of project/team in criteria like, internal improvement, pensioners service, strategical planning, technical performance and joint tasks.
The Fourth Category - Excellent Individuals Awards, which honours the individuals achievements in categories such as supervision, assistance and pensioners service, etc.
Speaking on the announcement, Khalaf Abdulla Rahma Al Hamadi, Director General, Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions & Benefits Fund, said, We are extremely elated to announce the launch of Al Bairaq Award. These awards bring us in line with the Abu Dhabi Governments vision of Inciting the administrations to improve the levels of performance, motivate the spirit of transparency and excellency, and provide the divisions and the teams with the right tools to compete in the Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance. We wish all the participating teams all the success.
To increase the personnel awareness of the award categories and the evaluation process, the Quality and Business Excellence Division of ADRPBF will soon be organising Workshops and Awareness Sessions focusing on the Internal Awards guidelines and participation.
