The SaaedCompany for Traffic Systems won the Arab Region Excellence Award; the E-Government Excellence Awards that the Executive Committee of the E-Government Excellence Awards presents for the best interactive and electronic innovations and applications in the Arab Region, especially those supporting the transformational projects towards comprehensive E-Government.

Brigadier Eng. Hussein Ahmed Al Harithi, Director of Traffic and Patrols Directorate, Chairman of Saaed received the Award during the celebration that was recently held in Dubai to announce the winners of the Shield.

Brigadier Al Harithi said that Saaed Company relies on enhancing its capabilities to move towards smart government and achieve excellence in providing its services by utilizing most recent technologies that world governments rely on. These factors have qualified the Company to win the Arab E-Government Excellence Awards that adopts international standards which are followed in the United Nations in assessing the distinguished performance quality and e-government services.

In addition to that, Brigadier Al Harithi explained that Saaed has implemented many leading projects that foster its position in the Middle East, including the Federal Vehicle Portal “Markabati” that includes a number of comprehensive and interactive systems that are specialized with processing vehicles. These systemsare the first of their kind globally, as they provide a comprehensive package of services, processes and procedures that are related to vehicles regardless of their kind under one umbrella. The systems answer the future needs of the government and the public alike.

“Saaed is proud of all its successes as a national product that we are proud of as it is the reference in this sector” Brigadier Al Harithi asserted. He also noted that the Saaed Company has recently launched its new identity which represents the key institutional values it upholds, namely commitment, excellence, and precision.
