Aldar Properties PJSC, Abu Dhabi's leading listed property development, investment and management company,today announced that phase one of the Ansam residential development on Yas Island saw strong demand at the off-plan sales launch with over 300 units sold.The first of two sales events was held at the Crowne Plaza hotel on Yas Island, attracted over 800 people.

The most sought after units, with sea and golf course views, will be available for purchase on Saturday 14th June 2014 at the second sales event that will also be held at the Crowne Plaza hotel on Yas Island.

The development is in close proximity to outstanding leisure and entertainment attractions on Yas Island including, Yas Marina Formula One Circuit, Yas Waterworld, the Ferrari World theme park, Yas Mall, seven hotels, including Yas Viceroy, Yas Beach, Yas Marina and the world famous entertainment venues of Du Arena and Du Forum.

The first phase of Ansam features four Andalusian-styled apartment buildings, comprising of 540 apartments, overlooking the Yas Links golf course and the Yas Island waterfront. The buildings will be fully integrated into a landscaped setting, reflecting the tranquil atmosphere of calm waters and green fairways. Each complex will provide high quality amenities, including an infinity pool, kids' pool, sunbeds and a variety of open spaces for community events. The development was launched at this year's Cityscape Abu Dhabi, along with Al Hadeel at Al Bandar and Al Nareel Island. Al Hadeel was also fully sold out on the first day of sales last month.
