The promotional visit, will see a number of large Abu Dhabi hospitality industry names stage road shows on June 10th in Tokyo and June 12th in Seoul.
Etihad Airways, Al Mafraq Hotel, Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi, the Park Hyatt Saadiyat Island, Arabian Adventures and Yas Marina Circuit, hope the visit will stimulate visitor demand to the emirate, a move that came after the number of Japanese and Korean hotel guest stays plateaued over the past four months.
Mubarak Al Nuaimi, Director Promotions and Overseas Offices, TCA Abu Dhabi, said: "While we have seen little growth from either Japan or Korea, we believe there is potential in both markets. We have a product which will resonate well with both Japanese and Korean visitors, not least our exceptional golf offering and an average hotel rate that represents significant value-for-money." Some of the main key messages that the road show will deliver will include Abu Dhabi s diverse offerings, its value-for-money hotel rates, an expanded leisure portfolio, and an increased international market access via Abu Dhabi International Airport.
