Rossella Giannini, the Italian mother behind Maranello’s Ristorante Montana, brought the secrets behind one of her mouthwatering recipes down to the Park’s eponymous restaurant Mamma Rossella on Saturday.

The owner of a family eatery frequented by Formula 1 fans was joined by Ferrari World Abu Dhabi’s Executive Chef Massimiliano Valenzi in a masterful live cooking demonstration of Rossella’s latest creation, Ravioli alle Erbette (Ravioli with Swiss chard) which is expected to become a new favorite on the Mamma Rossella menu.

Rossella’s true passion for cooking combined with the alluring aromas and fresh ingredients of Italy created a truly mesmerizing experience that had excited diners, who were clamoring for inside secrets into the special ‘Mamma magic’ in order to replicate the dish at home. Mamma Rossella epitomizes the true family spirit of the Bel Paese; her door is always open and her kitchen table always stocked with foods to feed both body and soul.

Commenting on the event, Victoria Lynn, Park Manager at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi said, “We are proud to welcome a passionate mother and cook like Rossella.
