Princess Towerofficially recognised as the World’s Tallest Residential Building by the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH),has enjoyed Emrill’s world class services since its opening in 2012. The tower, which soars to an impressive 414 metres over the Dubai Marina skyline,is second only in height to the Burj Khalifa in the United Arab Emirates.
Emrill provides integrated facilities management services including MEP, housekeeping, concierge, security services, and life guards to all the prestigious developments. In addition, Emrill manages communal areas including swimming pools, gymnasium, and common areasof the famous towers.
Emrill began providing services to The Torchwhich stands at 348metres in 2011, followed by the Princess Tower at 414 metresand more recently, 23 Marina and Elite Residence which stand at 392metres and 381 metres respectively.
