Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, today announced the launch of a major campaign in Abu Dhabi which offers customers a package of offers and benefits on Shari’a-compliant banking products and services. The campaign is in line with Emirates Islamic’s strategy to cater to all segments of society in the UAE, and will boost awareness of its services among Abu Dhabi residents.
Running until May 10, 2014, the campaign will enable Abu Dhabi-based customers to benefit from exclusive rates, discounts and free loyalty points when applying for Kunooz savings account, credit cards and personal and home financing products from Emirates Islamic. It follows the recent launch of the Emirates Islamic Abu Dhabi Rewards Credit Card, which enables cardholders to benefit from a series of rewards and loyalty programmes at Abu Dhabi-based retail outlets and stores, including Etihad Guest Miles.
To make its services easily accessible to a wide range of customers, Emirates Islamic has set up two dedicated kiosks during weekends at Al Wahda Mall and Bwabat Al Sharq Mall in Abu Dhabi, which will showcase the bank’s special offerings.
"At Emirates Islamic, we are committed to providing our customers with innovative products and services that are tailored to match their specific needs,” said Faisal Aqil, Deputy CEO, Consumer Wealth Management, Emirates Islamic. “We are delighted to introduce this value-packed exclusive offer to our growing customer-base in Abu Dhabi, and the launch of this campaign is a natural response to the increasing significance of the Abu Dhabi market to the Islamic banking sector in the country.”
Customers who apply for the Abu Dhabi Rewards Credit Card during the campaign period will get 3,000 welcome bonus points. They can also benefit from a range of other offerings, including a 0.5% discount on standard profit rate (subject to a minimum of 2.99% flat rate p.a.) on Personal Finance, while customers applying for Manzili or Bina’a Home Finance can avail 25% discount on processing fees. Additionally, they can earn up to 30,000 points convertible into miles on Manzili or Bina’a Home Finance if they also apply for a Kunooz Savings Account with a minimum balance of AED 5,000.
Emirates Islamic has also participated in the Banking & Finance Expo, which was recently held at Abu Dhabi Marina Mall.
