The TISSE2012, developed by The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI) in United Kingdom, facilitates an organisation’s drive for service excellence and promotes a flexible yet measureable approach to improvement across key aspects of service delivery.
“We are glad to present the TISSE2012 certificate to UAE Exchange. This certification reveals the company’s commitment to provide an excellent service and to maintain the quality of their operations. UAE Exchange and BSI share a common value and that is to make excellence a habit and we are looking forward to continue working with them,” commented Basham of BSI.
Being the first remittance brand in the UAE to achieve the TISSE2012 certificate, UAE Exchange, the leading global remittance and foreign exchange brand, has managed to constantly uphold the value of delivering to customer excellent service. The assessment of BSI shows that the company has improved significantly on their operations. From last year, the UAE operations of the company have recorded a four percent growth in this highly competitive market. Prestigious awards such as the Dubai Quality Award, Superbrands Status, Service Olympian People’s Choice Award and other accolades are proofs of their quest for excellence.
“We understand the great competition in the market. And for us to remain in the business, taking care of our customers is our utmost priority. Just like what Basham mentioned, service is our basic core. Providing an excellent service to customers will gain loyal customers which in turn creates repeat business. Thus, achieving this valuable TISSE 2012 certificate is our way of showing to our customers that we value their business with us, “concluded Varghese Mathew, Country Head, UAE Exchange – UAE.
According to BSI, standards are framework of best practices. And embedding excellence into the way people and products work will help them perform better, reduce risk and achieve sustainable growth.
