In continuation of the holding brainstorming sessions as part of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to unleash creative ideas for higher performance, Emirates Post Group organised a session at the 3 rd postal zone Sharjah, attended by Mr. Abdulla Busomnoh, Director of the zone, and a number of officials.
The session was opened by Mr. Busomnoh who stressed the importance of creativity and innovation in boosting productivity and raising the levels of customer service. He referred to the various stages through which the United Arab Emirates had to go through to reach the current high position globally, thanks to the support of the leadership and determination of its people, in pursuing modern scientific methods and using creative ideas to boost development.
He announced that the zone plans to hold such session every six months, following the success of the current one, with the objective of inviting employee suggestions and ideas that could contribute to the development of postal services.
