Leading financial institution Mashreq is strongly participating at the annual Careers UAE 2014 exhibition. Taking place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from 22-24 April, the exhibition is the primary recruitment, education and training event geared exclusively for UAE Nationals. Mashreq’s participation reflects its commitment towards Emiratisation and its efforts to offer suitable job placements for UAE Nationals.

Mashreq is present in stand A2-5 in Hall 2 and is attended by the Bank’s UAE National staff in various senior positions across the bank.

The Bank was recently awarded the Gallup Great Workplace Award, making it the first and only financial institution to win such an award. The award recognizes the best-performing workforces in the world, and Mashreq was chosen as one of a group of 36 elite institutions for its ability to create an engaged workplace culture.

One of the successful training programs offered by the Bank is Mashreq Al Mustaqbal Program, which is aimed at introducing skilled and talented UAE National graduates to the bank across different businesses and fast track their growth to take up managerial positions. The program provides trainees with necessary leadership and management skills tools. In addition, Core Time program is in place for part time students.
