Customer focus is in the DNA of du, and in its efforts to further expand upon the touch points to reach out to small and medium enterprise (SME) customers, the telecom has announced an unique initiative called Business Help Roadshow. To be held today at the JW Marriot Hotel in Deira, Dubai during 10 am – 7 pm, the Business Help Roadshow is a full-day open house to discuss customer issues, challenges or questions in face-to-face sessions towards faster resolutions.
New customers can also get consultation and purchase a business package that suits their specific needs. The roadshow is planned to be held once every month at a different location every time.
The Business Help Roadshow is the second organised by du, which soft-launched the concept last month in the interest of offering a new customer experience channel. The event provides an open atmosphere for customers to raise issues directly with du’s teams, which resulted in a 70% on-the-spot resolution rate for customer satisfaction levels during the first event.
During Business Help Roadshow, du’s experts from billing, technical and sales teams for both mobile and fixed services will be at hand to attend to any customer concerns.
Hany Fahmy Ali – Executive Vice President, Enterprise Business, du, said: ““Business Help Roadshow is a creative way to reach out to customers, wherever they are located. We invite our SME customers to visit us at the Business Help Roadshow, which offers an open environment with access to our professional teams. This is the chance to ask pressing questions, to offer feedback, and to find answers to your communications issues; our teams are on the ground to learn more about your business needs and to fully understand your concerns, so that we can work together to provide you with even more value-added service.”
