The Ministry of Interior discussed the results of strategic and operational performance indicators for 2013, and examined achievement rates of the 2013 initiatives in the ministry’s Resources and Support Services Sector. It also shed light on the obstacles that impeded the achievement of these indicators, in a bid to find suitable suggestions and solutions that would help address these obstacles.

These issues were discussed during a meeting held between the sector’s leaders at the ministry. The meeting was chaired by Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior for Resources and Support Services. Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police and Acting Director General of Electronics and Telecommunication Services, Brigadier Saeed Salem Al Henki, Director General of Finance and Support Services, and Brigadier Ali Mohammed bin Darwish, Director General of Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior, also attended the meeting.

During the meeting, attendees were familiarized with proposals provided by the General Directorate of Electronics and Telecommunication Services, the General Directorate of Finance and Support Services, and the Human Resources Directorate General at the Ministry of Interior, regarding interim initiatives and performance indicators for 2014-2016. The meeting was attended by directors of departments at the Ministry of Interior that are affiliated with the Resources and Support Services Sector.
