A number of leaders from the Ministry of Interior met with the employees taking part in the inaugural Program to Identify and Sponsor Creative Individuals. The program aims to achieve the strategic goals of the Ministry of Interior, to identify innovative employees, develop their creative capabilities and skills, and enable them to take part in the development process witnessed by the Ministry of Interior, which will culminate in achieving the federal government’s vision of transforming the UAE into one of the safest countries in the world.
These meetings fall under the Inaugural Program to Identify and Sponsor Creative Individuals that is organized by the Leadership Development and Creativity Center at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H. Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior.
“You have an important role in supporting the journey of excellence that the Ministry is witnessing,” said Major General KhalifaHareb Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior for Resources and Support Services, in his meeting with the program’s participants. He also recalled the history of innovation in the UAE, citing examples and innovative stances of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder of the UAE.
The program’s participants also met with Brigadier Ghaith Hassan Al Zaabi, Director General of the Traffic Coordination Department; Brigadier Hamad Adel Al Shamesi, Director General of Punitive and Correctional Establishments at the Ministry of Interior; Colonel Faisal Sultan Al Shuaibi, Director of Strategy and Performance Development at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
The meetings were attended by Lieutenant Colonel Saif Hamid Al Dir’e, Director of the Leadership Development and Creativity Center; Major Dr. Omar Ibrahim Al Ali, Chief of Competency Assessment Section at the center, and Major Fahed Ismail Al Hosani, Chief of the Creativity Sponsorship Section at the Center.
