Al-Futtaim Motors, exclusive distributor of Toyota in the UAE, has handed over a fleet of 350 new Toyota vehiclesto Dubai Municipality, increasing its share in Dubai Municipality’s fleet by 30 per cent.
The agreement included154 RAV4, 119 Hilux, 58 Corolla and 19 Coaster buses to be utilized by Dubai Municipality’s engineers and staff for the completion of the daily tasks serving the community. Service contracts were also part of the deal.
The new cars were delivered to Dubai Municipality during a special ceremony attended by Mr. Humaid Saeed Almarri, Director of Transportation Department, Jon Williams, Managing Director Al-Futtaim Motors and a number of senior officials from both organizations.
“We are proud to provide our partners with reliable transportation and total vehicle solutions, which include service contracts and the application of any vehicle modifications required. We believe this will help take our corporate customers’ satisfaction levels to completely new heights,” said Jon Williams, at the hand-over ceremony.

Today’s event demonstrates their trust in the quality and durability of our vehicles and how we are constantly striving to improve all elements of our service for customers” he added.

With over 40% of the UAE automotive market, this recent agreement further reinforces Al-Futtaim Motors’ leadership in the automotive sector.
