ecomagination has evolved as GE’s (NYSE: GE) compelling strategy to address the world’s pressing concerns relating to sustainable energy. The fascinating success story of GE’s path-breaking approach to build innovative solutions that address today’s environmental challenges while driving economic growth, will be presented at the World Future Energy Summit 2014 to be held from January 20 to 22, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center.
GE will present evidence-based insights into how its ecomagination products and solutions explore the potential of renewable energy and enhance energy use efficiency at WFES 2014, with real examples from the region and across the world. Visitors to the event can understand more about the positive impact of these solutions through an Augmented Reality Experience at GE’s pavilion, where they can choose from various ecomagination products employed at different sites across the world.

GE’s key business leaders will also present vivid insights into the opportunities and challenges in exploring the renewable energy landscape at WFES 2014, with Deborah Frodl, GE’s Global Executive Director of ecomagination to address the keynote panel on ‘The Global Energy Context’ that is part of the WFES Global Innovation Forum on Jan. 21 at 9.30am.
Timothy J. Richards, GE’s Managing Director for Government Affairs & Policy in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey region will present the company’s experience in regional talent development at a session on ‘Enabling Policies for Renewable Energy Job Creation’ at the International Renewable Energy Job Conference, at 12pm.
